We are looking for: student, part-time worker, temporary help. The ILM in Offenbach am Main is an interface to the global trade for leather goods, travel items, bag fashion, and accessories. With approximately 6,000 professional buyers semi-annually, it is one of the largest and most important industry trade fairs of its kind.

Areas of Responsibility
- Contact person for our trade fair visitors
- Staffing the main information desk, information points, and cloakroom
- Guest support in our activity areas
- Support for international exhibitor stands
- Support for the trade fair team with various tasks during the event
Requirements
- Experience and enthusiasm in customer service and engagement
- Strong communication skills and proactive approach to people
- Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken; Italian desirable
- High service orientation and team capability
- Hands-on mentality
