With today’s ILM (International Leather Goods Fair), everything began in 1949/50, and it is still an integral part of the trade fair’s events calendar twice a year. Today, Messe Offenbach represents much more: numerous trade fairs and events take place annually on the Messe Offenbach grounds.

Right on site, the restaurants and cafés in the Nordend district, as well as the newly redesigned harbour quarter directly on the river, are an inviting draw. Culturally, the stately Büsing Palais and Isenburg Castle shine as two of Offenbach’s landmarks.
